Executive Chef Raoul Meuwese describes his dishes as “classic and traditional French, with international influences and a local touch.” He prefers to work with fish and local products which are sustainably grown or caught and based on these products he creates dishes according to the season. Amsterdam is the place where cultures meet and the international influences that characterize the city, are reflected in the dishes served at Bridges.

A unique feature of Bridges is the Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen, where you can experience the magic of the kitchen brigade up close (max. 6 people). For private events, Bridges also provides a private dining area, where you can enjoy an intimate dinner in the comfort of your own private space. The private dining features its own cocktail station and a selection of specialty whiskeys. This private room is suitable for parties up to 12 people and provides a pleasant view on one of the historical canals of Amsterdam.

Payments by cash, debit card or credit card is possible. We do not accept 500 euro billets.
